  • Why is this different from any other group coaching?
    Fit Heads is different from other group coaching programs in that it is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Your program will be constantly evolving based on your feedback, preferences, and abilities. This ensures that you are always getting the best possible workout for you.
  • How does nutrition work with Fit Heads? Do you do meal plans?
    Yes, we offer a personalized nutrition assessment and guidance. However, we do not provide traditional meal plans. Instead, we take a more flexible approach that allows you to create your own healthy meals. We will provide you with a target calorie range and meal examples and work with you to develop the habits required to achieve your goals.
  • Is this a weight loss program?
    Yes, Fit Heads can be used for weight loss. However, it can also be used for other goals, such as gaining muscle or improving overall health. We will work with you to develop a personalized plan based on your specific goals.
  • Will there be live, mandatory weekly calls that I will probably struggle to attend?
    No, there will be no mandatory weekly calls. We recognize that getting everyone online at the same time can be difficult. Instead, we offer a live ongoing chat where you can get immediate feedback and support from our coaches.
